The Goat privacy policy applies to your use of Goat and his web services.
The privacy policy provides information about the data we collect and use during your use of Goat and his web services.

In order for you to use Goat in your server, Goat must store various information to ensure acceptable operation.
Additionally, Goat stores various information about each user who interacts with him in Discord servers and on the Goat Dashboard.
We store all information securely on our network with no connections to third party cloud based database providers.
The Goat database can be accessed by Goat only, and is not accessible outside of the Goat network.
We use the information we gather only as outlined in the privacy policy.
If you disagree with any aspect of this policy, you are free to terminate your use of Goat and all related services.
You can contact us via the Goat Support Server on Discord to request removal of any information related to your Discord account.
Goat includes message logging and message filtering functionality.
If message logging is enabled, Goat will log all messages sent on your server to a dedicated channel.
If message filtering is enabled, Goat will run each message sent on your server through all currently enabled filters and will delete any filtered messages.
Goat discards messages as soon as all logging and filtering operations are complete.
Goat does not store messages or the content of messages in the database for any reason.
Goat stores settings for each guild he is a member of.
Guild settings include the guild id, which is the only piece of identifiable information stored.
Goat will store channel ids for features such as levelling, member reporting, birthday messages, message logging, activity logging and moderation logging as required.
Goat will store role ids for features such as disabled roles, automatic role assignment, levelling roles, Goat Tickets, Goat Birthdays and Vote Rewards as required.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat guild settings information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will store guild settings only as long as he is a member of your guild.
When you remove Goat from your Discord server, guild-related information is purged from the Goat database.
In addition to guild settings, information such as guild backups, levelling, reminders, sticky messages, repeated messages, Reddit watchers, Vote Rewards data, Private Voice channels and jackpots will be removed from the Goat database when leaving a guild.
If you use Goat to warn your members, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, user id, warning count, temporary mute status and temporary mute timeout when warning users. The reason provided for the warning is not stored by Goat.
If Warning Appeals is enabled for your server, Goat stores appeals information along with warning records.
Goat stores a timestamp for the last appeal sent by a member to enforce a cooldown period between warning appeals.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Warnings information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove warnings information from the database if you remove Goat from your server.
Goat retains warnings for members who leave your server in order to prevent members from resetting warnings by leaving and joining your server.
If you clear warnings for a guild member, an entry is retained in the database but the warning count is reset to 0.
If you enable Goat Member Reporting, information is stored in the Goat database when members are reported.
Goat stores the guild id, user id and report count when members are reported. The reason provided for the report is not stored by Goat.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Member Reports information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove reports information from the database if you remove Goat from your server.
Goat retains Member Reporting records for members who leave your server in order to prevent members from resetting warnings by leaving and joining your server.
If you clear reports for a guild member, an entry is retained in the database but the report count is reset to 0.
When you use Goat to create reaction roles, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, reaction role type, role id and emoji character for each reaction role.
If configured, Goat will additionally store a message to send to users who obtain the reaction role.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat reaction roles information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove reaction roles information from the database if you delete reaction roles or if Goat is removed from your server.
If you use Goat to create sticky messages, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, channel id, message type and message id of sticky messages. The content when creating sticky messages is never stored in the Goat database.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Sticky Messages information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove sticky messages information from the database if you delete sticky messages or if Goat is removed from your server.
If you use Goat to create repeated messages, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, channel id, message type, repeat interval, message text, last message timestamp and last message id when creating repeated messages.
The last message timestamp and id are updated each time Goat sends a repeated message.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Repeated Messages information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove repeated messages information from the database if you delete repeated messages or if Goat is removed from your server.
Goat includes a levelling system.
If enabled, Goat will store user ids of each user as they interact in the server and are added to the leaderboard.
If levelling roles are configured, Goat will store information about any roles applied to users as a result of achieving levels.
No other identifiable information is stored in relation to levelling.
Any server members can view Goat levelling information for the guilds they share with Goat, provided levelling is enabled.
Levelling information can be viewed using the level command or via the guild leaderboards.
Goat will remove levelling information from the database if Goat is removed from your server or if you disable levelling.
Additionally, member specific information will be removed from the database if members leave your server.
Goat creates a Goat Profile for each user who uses Goat.
By default, Goat Profiles contain only your user id.
Any additional information must be manually applied by the user.
Your Goat Profile is viewable by anyone in any servers you share with Goat.
Goat will remove profile information from the database if you are no longer a member of any guilds Goat is also a member of.
Goat is able to store reminders for his users.
When storing reminders, Goat stores your user id and the content of your reminder.
Reminders can be viewed only by the creator.
Goat sends reminders to users via direct message and removes the completed reminder from the database once sent.
Goat removes reminders information from the database when reminders are due or you remove Goat from your server.
Goat is capable of storing music queues for later playing or playback by other users.
Music queues are stored in the Goat database
If you save a music queue with Goat, any user in any servers you share with Goat will be able to access your saved queue for playback.
Your queue can only be removed or updated by you, for all other users it is read only.
Goat Music queues that you save can be removed by you.
If you save a queue, it will remain in the database until such time as you overwrite it or remove it.
When you use Goat to create Reddit watchers, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, channel id and subReddit name for each Reddit watcher.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Reddit watcher information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove Reddit watcher information from the database if you delete Reddit watchers or if Goat is removed from your server.
If Goat Tickets is enabled on your server, When your members use Goat to create support tickets, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, member ID, ticket name, creation timestamp and ticket channel ID for each ticket created on your server.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Tickets information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove Goat Tickets information from the database if members close Goat Tickets or if Goat is removed from your server.
If ticket archiving is enabled on your server, ticket information is still removed from the Goat database when a ticket is closed.
Only the ticket channel it's self is archived, and only on your own server.
When you use Goat to create a Goat Vanity Link, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, channel ID where the command was executed, vanity string and associated invite code.
Additionally, Goat stores the public state of your vanity link to determine whether to display your server on the Public List
The guild owner is able to view Goat Vanity Links information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove vanity link information from the database if you delete your vanity link or if Goat is removed from your server.
If you use Goat's scheduled event notification service, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id and event id for any events for which notifications have been sent.
This information is used internally by Goat to ensure Goat doesn't send multiple notifications for your events.
Scheduled event information is accessible to Goat only.
The information is inaccessible to all members.
Goat will remove scheduled event notification information from the database if you delete scheduled events or events are ended, or if Goat is removed from your server.
Goat includes a Vote Rewards service to enable server owners to reward members for voting for the server on bot lists.
If enabled, Goat will store user ids and vote counts for each user as they vote for your server on supported lists.
If achievement roles are configured, Goat will store information about any roles applied to users as a result of achieving specific vote thresholds.
No other identifiable information is stored in relation to Vote Rewards.
Any server members can view Goat Vote Rewards information for the guilds they share with Goat, provided Vote Rewards is enabled.
Vote Rewards information can be viewed using the voters command.
Goat will remove Vote Rewards information from the database if Goat is removed from your server or if you disable Vote Rewards.
Additionally, member specific information will be removed from the database if members leave your server.
If members use Goat Private Voice Chat to create private voice channels, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, user id and channel id when creating private voice channels. Channel membership and permission information is not stored in the database and is obtained from Discord as necessary.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Private Voice Chat information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove Private Voice Chat information from the database when all users disconnect and private voice channels are removed or if Goat is removed from your server.
If administrators create giveaways using Goat Giveaways, information is stored in the Goat database.
Goat stores the guild id, channel id, creator id, start message id, prise name, start date/time, end date/time and member list when creating giveaways.
Members are added and removed from the giveaway member list as they join and leave the giveaway.
Giveaway creators are responsible for prise distribution, so Goat stores only the prise name in the database.
Guild administrators are able to view Goat Giveaways information.
The information is inaccessible to all other members.
Goat will remove giveaways information from the database when a giveaway is complete, a giveaway is deleted or if Goat is removed from your server.
Goat is capable of creating full backups of your Discord servers.
Backups are stored in the Goat database.
Backups created using Goat are encrypted using a cryptographic key derived from your guild id.
This means they can only be restored to the same guild they were created on.
Backups can only be accessed by guild administrators.
Backups are removed from the Goat database if an administrator destroys the existing backup for your guild or if Goat is removed from the server.
Goat stores a user information entry for each user who uses Goat.
This entry contains the user id and blacklist status.
We store this information to help protect Goat from unauthorised use.
We keep the user information entry for all Goat users.
In most cases this information simply contains the user id, however we maintain the Goat blacklist using this information, so in some cases a blacklist flag is also included.
You can contact us via the Goat support server to request information removal.
Note that in most cases you can remove stored information yourself.
Please also note that we will not remove blacklist related information from our records for security reasons.
You are free to terminate your use of Goat and his web services at any time should you be unhappy with the data collection and usage scenarios outlined above.
If you wish to terminate your use of Goat, simply log out of all web services and remove Goat from any servers you own.
If you are a member of any servers Goat manages or also has membership for, you will need to leave them in order for Goat to remove your information.
